C'esoi jewelry is a delicate product.
The silver is plated with either rhodium or 18k gold to enhance the beauty of the jewelry. Please handle with care as friction, sweat, hot springs, hairspray, cosmetics, etc. may cause discoloration.
The posts of the earrings are also made of silver. Because silver is a soft material, forcing the back into the earrings may cause the posts to break or bend, so please handle them with care.

To reduce dullness and dirt caused by sebum, etc., wipe with a soft cloth after use and then place each item individually in a plastic bag, pouch, or case.
Also, avoid storing in places exposed to sunlight, extremely dry places, or hot and humid places.
*Do not use a silver cloth as it may remove the surface coating.

The items we carry are made from silver 925, K18 and K10, making them hypoallergenic.
Please rest assured that our plated items do not contain nickel as a base. If you have a severe metal allergy and experience an allergic reaction, please stop wearing the item immediately and consult a dermatologist.

Basically, all items can be repaired.
If you would like to have your product repaired, please contact us in advance using the inquiry form.
*The repair period is approximately 3 to 4 weeks (depending on the repair content) after confirmation of product arrival.

There is a six-month warranty from the date of purchase.
If it is within the last six months, please be sure to include the warranty card or receipt showing the date of purchase when returning the product. Repairs may be free of charge.
In other cases, we will provide you with a quote.

*Please note that unless the product is defective or the product you received is different from what you ordered, the shipping costs for the return and the bank transfer fees (if paying by bank transfer) will be borne by the customer.

Repairs will be charged regardless of when the product was purchased.

We will announce restocks on our official Instagram and LINE. You can also use the restock request button to receive an email notification when an item is back in stock. Please make use of this feature.

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.
Returns and exchanges due to initial defects will only be accepted within 3 days of receiving the product. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanging defective products. Please be sure to check the condition of the product when you receive it.
